Mission Statement
The mission of 4thekids is an easy one. It is our mission to help with the safe return of missing children to a safe environment and to their familiies. Through the assistance of our members, volunteers, and supporters we will try to offer any aide that we can to families, Law Enforcement, and Non-Profit Groups working with Missing Child. Our services are not limited to but includes the following projects:
Free Web Page (web fliers) design for missing children.
Internet notices via the 4thekids Missing Kids Alert System of verified notices of missing children.
Assistance with the distributing of fliers of missing children.
The gathering and sharing of resources and information using the 4thekids E-mail List.
Investigative team services for cases that meet specific criteria.
*We will make every effort to only distribute verified notices. All notices except for the ones sent directly to us from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) must meet our verification process. Yet even with the steps that we take to verify the notices we cannot be held responsible for any errors. (After all children are returned home, THANK GOODNESS!)
4thekids offers fliers, implementation of fliers, liason with law enforcement, we try to be there for families when ever they need us. We assist LE by providing them assistance in the most effective way that is possible. Once we take a case, we work with LE to try to accomplish the most effective flier placement.
