NEW LEXINGTON, Ohio - Timmy Keil, the man accused of inappropriately touching boys at a church camp, listened in court Thursday while a camp counselor testified about allegedly finding him inside a bunk with a young camper.
The counselor was the only witness called to testify during the hearing, 10TV's Tanisha Mallett reported.
Perry County Sheriff's detectives charged Keil (pictured, right) with three counts of gross sexual imposition after eight boys told police he touched them inappropriately while attending Scioto Youth Church Camp, 10TV News reported.
Keil denied the accusations during an interview with 10TV News.
On Thursday, camp counselor John Gornall told the court he walked in the cabin and found a boy lying on top of Keil.
"I walked in the cabin and that's when I saw the defendant lying on his back, with the child on his chest, stomach to stomach, with his shirt up, pants down, caressing his back and buttocks area," Gornall said.
After the testimony, the judge ruled that there was probable cause for one count of gross sexual imposition, Mallett reported.
Keil will remain in custody until the case goes before a grand jury next week.
