ACCOMPLICE TO MARCUS FEISELS DEATH EXTRADITION UNSURE
Okay everyone now is the time to ROAR for MARCUS. The Gov. of Ohio Ted Strickland has to consider if Baker can be extradited to Kentucky. This State has more RESPECT for it's CHILDREN then OHIO did! Prosecutors allowed this woman to get away with abuse of a corpse (who to us was still a human being) help hinder an investigation, perjur herself with a written statement, and let's don't forget dispose improperly into a River evidence of Marcus existance or the crime. WE want all members to call Ted Stricklands Office. Ring his phone off the wall tomorrow morning. Heck if you have his home # ring it too. But for Heaven Sakes All of US should ROAR for MARCUS SAKE! Tell him to send her to Kentucky. I don't know about you but Im outraged as he double ll he would even have to think that one OVER. Hello is anyone else getting the feeling OHIO's JUDGEMENT CALL on SENTENCING is OFF BASE. PLEA BARGAINS/Flea Bargains thats what the pedophile/offender gets. Us SURVIVORS we know we have to Stick Togther its how they No-Longer have CONTROL. And how WE get to help OTHERS to ENDURE and STAY ALIVE. Along with SURVIVE too. Come on VOICES don't is not, can't is not, nor is will not in my VOCABULARY for this MISSION. And MARCUS is our MISSION to ROAR for in the morning. Come tomorrow evening Ted Strickland hopefully will have concluded signing that Expedition Request and Marcus Feisel can then really start to Rest in Peace with JUSTICE Finally SERVED.. By the way ask for that Prosecutors REMOVAL because MARCUS really was handed a RAW DEAL of JUSTICE by OHIO JUDICIAL SYSTEMS (meaning the JUDGE as well for not ignoring the plea bargain or recomendation.). Gee's we hope that he has NO GRANDCHILDREN!! If so they Won't know what JUSTICE for a CHILDS LOST LIFE will mean. Especially if he's on the BENCH! Ah that feels a little better now. But WE are still ANGRY Ted Strickland and when we want CHANGE we MEAN we want CHANGE. So stop flying past our ISSUE's Extradition for Baker is one. Number two is HB 260 (JESSICAS LAW). One way or another we want that in effect.... Three we want Steven Lee West returned to OHIO. He's been CONFIRMED. Yes I said,"CONFIRMED to be in GEORGIA." by the Deputy who Registers Sexual Offenders. Or is the State giving DO NOT REGISTER TODAY or EVEN THIS YEAR TICKETS to our ELUDING SEXUAL OFFENDER?? Its what CASOO is starting to think since West is not here yet. The Deputy did good work but Georgias now is slacking. Come on Ted tell em send WEST HOME..

Strickland agrees to extradite Baker in Fiesel death By Dan Sewell Associated Press Wednesday, May 23, 2007 CINCINNATI — Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland agreed Tuesday to Kentucky's request to extradite a key witness who testified under immunity against an Ohio couple convicted in the death of their 3-year-old foster child. Strickland issued a warrant for Amy Baker to be brought before an Ohio judge for extradition proceedings and, if the judge agrees, turned over to Kentucky authorities. She faces a charge there of tampering with evidence in connection with the disposal of the body of Marcus Fiesel. Authorities in Maysville, Ky., say she helped throw the developmentally disabled boy's remains from a bridge over the Ohio River. He told WLWT-TV that he would keep battling the extradition of Baker, who was already jailed in Clermont County, east of Cincinnati, on $50,000 bond pending extradition proceedings. It wasn't immediately known when she would next appear in court. A July hearing had been scheduled earlier in Clermont County. Strickland received the extradition request Monday from Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher, whose request called her "a fugitive from the justice of the Commonwealth of Kentucky." "After careful review of the request and determining that it meets the legal requirements, the governor has agreed that she should be extradited," Strickland spokesman Keith Dailey said. The Kentucky charges came despite the immunity Baker was granted by Clermont County prosecutors to testify against Liz and David Carroll Jr., the Cincinnati-area couple who left Fiesel bound in a closet for two days while they attended a weekend family reunion in Kentucky in August. The boy was dead when they returned home. Baker, 25, who was David Carroll's live-in girlfriend, testified under immunity that she was with Carroll when he later burned the boy's body and threw the ashes and other remains in the Ohio River, which is under Kentucky's jurisdiction. Kentucky police also say the remains were thrown off the William Harsha Bridge, which is considered to be in Mason County, Ky. "The ends of justice, in my opinion, require that said fugitive be arrested and returned to Kentucky for trial," John Estill, the Mason County Attorney, wrote to Fletcher earlier this month. Baker testified at Liz Carroll's trial, which ended in her murder conviction in February. Liz Carroll, 30, was sentenced to 54 years to life in prison. David Carroll then pleaded guilty to murder and was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison, with an additional year in prison for his guilty plea to gross abuse of a corpse. The case spurred an outcry about the foster-care system, and has led to Ohio reform legislation and changes in agencies involved in foster care. http://www.middletownjournal.com/hp/content/oh/story/news/local/2007/05/23/ap052307bakerextra.html

Thank you gia-pooh Ive been really busy and was afraid this information would not get posted on her being now available for extradition. CASOO will be in Kentucky by small numbers. Unfortunate for her and Marcus foster father. However awesome for CASOO. It will give us a chance to re-group and enjoy my aunts horse farm while at the same time get to enjoy what we love most. Takeing our ROAR to the extreme of JUSTICE being sought. Plus after that we or some of us are headed to Las Vegas my poetry will be read by me that I entered last year for publishing and trying to keep my funds up in a contest. On The Wings Of A Dove seems to be a popular poem to judges. But we are hoping for a longer conviction for Ms. Oh Please Don't Convict Me out of Kentucky. I understand from one of our members that the Office reads this web site. And once they realized anger was brewing the choice was clear to send Baker to Kentucky. It couldv'e been denied due to prosecution arguing for Baker not to be sent to Kentucky for trial. The reason being it would breech Ohios aggreement and she could possibly sue on those grounds. But we are glad to see after an hour of phones ringing in Ohio that she gets to see JUSTICE for our poster boy served. I personally want to see them throw her under the jail along with ex-foster dad. GOD BLESS we now must close due to we need to get to yet another Benefit we have things at.
