Affidavitt in Newark Ohio Shows 200 Incidents Happened
Mr. Meadows,40, last known address Plain City admitted to officials at the Licking County Dept of Sheriffs his sexual violations of a male child. An investigation was done prior to a tip that Meadows had violated a male child sexually who lived near by him. The male at the time was 10. Meadows admitted to over 200 encounters with the male child that involved anal, oral, and other positions. He was arraigned for a bond after his arrest on Thursday.
