Oct 19, 2007 7:38 pm US/Mountain Sex Offender Angel Montoya Goes Missing Denver Police Issue Arrest Warrant For Former Murder Suspect of 3-year-old Neveah Gallegos (CBS4) DENVER Denver Police have issued an arrest warrant for Angel Ray Montoya on Friday for failure to register as a sex offender. Montoya was arrested as a murder suspect last month in the death of 3-year-old Neveah Gallegos. According to Denver police, Montoya was the boyfriend of the girl's mother, Miriam Gallegos. The mother and Montoya were arrested after the 3-year-old's body was found on Sept. 24 but they were released because the district attorney's office ran out of time to file charges. http://cbs4denver.com/local/local_story_292220208.html
