With all the new As Seen on TV products out there, the Cordless Swivel Sweeper is the one NewsCenter 16 has received the most calls and e-mail’s about.
It’s a lightweight sweeper that works on wood, tile and carpet. The product runs on a rechargeable battery. Typically, you get about 45 minutes worth of use out of it on one charge.
As you may already recognize by the product’s name, the sweeper swivels. It can do a complete 360 turn-around.
The head of the sweeper pivots, therefore you can use the product under furniture with it.
Terry McFadden tried the Cordless Swivel Sweeper on a hard wood floor.
The sweeper is lightweight and can get into corners and along baseboards very well, Terry says.
The sweeper grabs smaller items, like dog food and food scraps, as well as larger debris like leaves and paper.
You might be wondering where the debris actually goes. There are compartments on the top of the sweeper, which traps the dirt and debris. To empty the compartments, you just push a couple of buttons and throw the debris away.
Terry said this was one of the better As Seen on TV products we’ve tested and it gets a big thumbs up from Contact 16.
