Bucyrus being sued by mother as result of sons death
The Randalls family is suing officials for failing to inform them that Mr. Randalls was going to attempt suicide. Reports show that he was stopped after an individual reported him as driving irratical. Upon being pulled over he stated to officials he already had two DUIs and to give him a break, that his life was over. While going through the booking process he made several comments towards suicide. They released him to his mother, but failed to report to her, that he was in disstress. An hour after he was released his room mate found him dead of an overdose. The mother is asking $100,000,000.00 in her suit along with $25,000.00 damages added to that.
