Sex Offender Tops New Most-Wanted List Sunday, Aug 12, 2007 - 09:17 AM COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The U.S. marshals released a new list of most-wanted fugitives and are looking for tips that lead to their arrests, NBC 4's Andy Dominianni reported. EDITOR'S NOTE: This list is current as of August 12, 2007 No. 1 -- Christopher Jones Christopher Jones, 39, is accused of failing to register as a sex offender. He was originally convicted of sexual battery. Jones is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. He has blue eyes and brown hair. No. 2 -- Duaine Edwards Duaine Edwards, 71, is also accused of failing to register as a sex offender. He was originally charged with gross lewdness with a child. He is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. No. 3 -- Francisco Silvia Francisco Silvia, 20, also known as Juan Delgado, is charged with failing to register as a sex offender. His original conviction was for sexual battery. Silvia is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. No. 4 -- Richard Parmer Richard Parmer, 40, is accused of failing to register as a sex offender as well. Parmer was originally convicted of importuning. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair.
