Amber Alert Altered Toronto/AM640 News 10/26/2009 The Amber Alert system is being tweaked in the wake of last spring's abduction and murder of Tori Stafford. An alert wasn't issued for her because the case didn't meet all the criteria of an Amber Alert, including not knowing she was in immediate danger.
