Published - Wednesday, December 17, 2008 Sex offender will be released in Sparta By Tribune staff . SPARTA — A sex offender will be released today in Sparta. Charles H. Vian, 35, will live at 16865 Hwy. AA, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department. Vian was convicted of second-degree sexual assault of a child and third-degree sexual assault. His victims were females, age 12 to 15, the department stated. He is under supervision by the Wisconsin Division of Community Corrections and required to comply with all rules of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry Program.
