Chelsey was 9 yrs old when she died. Chelsey and her mother, Tammy Meier, disappeared on 02/04/98 in a 1989 burgundy Ford Aerostar van. The van was located on 02/11/98 in the Albertson's grocery store parking lot at 51st Ave., and Cactus with all identifying features removed. On 10/15/98, Chelsey and Tammy's remains were located by hunters in the desert near New River, north of Phoenix. Chelsey and Tammy's deaths are determined to be cause by "homicidal violence" and remains unsolved.
