Coshocton Offender Being Held In Jail
William W. Barkers face is no stranger to this group. We've featured him in our News Letter several times. He was arrested on Sep 9, 2006. And is currently sitting in jail by APA. He will be there until either a hearing or he can comply with his conditions. Thats two this month for us and we are headed for two more arrest to be made for sexual offenders failing to comply with the rules of their releases.
