William Barker, 65, was living at 138 Hickory Street, but had told his supervising parole officer he was residing at 31869 TWP RD 212, Millersburg, Ohio. Barker had been convicted of using a minor in sexual graphic oriented materials in April 2006 that he took at his camper on US Route 36 at a camp ground. He was arrested on September 25 and was held in the County Sheriffs Department, until sentencing for his violation could take place. He recieved 1 year this week to be served, he will recieve jail time credit.
