Daddys Love Goes On Forever
I dont remember the first cuddle,
I was to little when that happened,
I know his smile filled my room
always with delight,
Our laughter was our own,
And times of playing they
always arose,
His eyes twinkled with so
much happiness,
A promise to love me with
no exceptions,
And tenderness to give when
it was needed,
But now thats all changed,
And memories are what now
remains,
His thoughts of life they have
been silenced,
But the feelings he has left
with me his child,
Will carry on,
He'll smile from above,
And when the times arise,
Where things will seem muddled,
He'll be standing next to me,
Easing me through lifes travels,
Making sure no harm can come to
me through devine intervention,
As he walks on the clouds of heaven,
Looking down on me his shining light.
For the daughter of the fathers lost that
have no answers........
