She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Raquel Diego Lopez Hamilton. An FBI Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution warrant was issued for the abductor on November 18, 2002. They may have left the country and traveled to Spain. Dakota's nicknames are Dee Dee and Cody.
