Dangerous Sex Offender Missing 5/31/2007 Bismarck police are looking for a sex offender considered to be high risk and dangerous. Earland McKay, 27, has been missing since earlier this month. He was evicted from his apartment at 624 South Hannifin Street on May 9th, two days after police last verified that he was there. McKay was convicted in December 2002 for corruption of a minor and terrorizing after his girlfriend caught him having intercourse with a 15 year old girl. When she confronted him about it, he beat her, threatened her with a rifle, and fired a shot at her fleeing children. McKay is Native American, 5`3", and weighs about 130 pounds.
