Oshkosh Notifies Neighbors of Sex Offender Dec 18, 2006 05:23 PM EST The Oshkosh Police Department is holding a meeting Monday night to inform the community about a convicted sex offender who recently moved into the area. Daniel Pattion, 27, was convicted twice of having sex with the same girl when she was 12 and again when she was 15 years old. Pattion was released from prison last month. He now lives in the 1100-block of Cherry Street, near the U.W.-Oshkosh campus. Pattion is currently on electronic monitoring. He cannot have unsupervised contact with minors.
