Posted: 5:57 AM Oct 27, 2009 A missing woman has prompted the state to issue a silver alert. Lawmen are asking for your help in finding 53 year-old Debra Jean Settles. They don't have a picture of her. Settles was last seen on Ferguson Street in Littleton in Halifax County. Authorities think she may suffer from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. Authorities did not have a picture of Settles to release to the media. Officials say she is a black woman, stands 5'4" tall and weighs179 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
