Silver Alert for missing woman Friday, October 16, 2009 | 9:38 AM DURHAM (WTVD) -- Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a Durham woman. Devona Chevon Brinkley, 39, was last seen on Acadia Dr. She is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. She is 5'5" tall and weighs 170 pounds. Brinkley has brown hair but often wears blonde wigs. She drives a blue 1993 Lincoln Town Car that has a broken front window.
