Reno police say high risk sex offender moves into northwest Reno area July 17, 2009 The Reno Police Department is letting the public know a high-risk sex offender has registered with the police department as living in the 5600 block of East Brookdale Street. Donald James Pennington, who was born in 1955, is a Tier 3 sex offender and is not employed, police said. His home is in northwest Reno off Las Brisas Boulevard. He is in compliance with all sex offender registration requirements and is not wanted by law enforcement, police said. He is not on parole or probation.
