Silver Alert issued for missing Cumberland County resident

One of two Silver Alerts issued for missing Cumberland County residents Tuesday remains in effect.
Edna Sinclair Roper, 58, was last seen at 4110 S. Doyfield Drive, according to a news release from the N.C. Center for Missing Persons.
Roper is believed to be driving a green 2001 Mitsubishi Galant with license tag YSB-5329, the release said. It is not known what direction she is traveling.
Roper is black, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds, the release said.
She was last seen wearing a green, yellow and blue tank top shirt and green pants.
Roper is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Anyone with information about Roper should call the Fayetteville Police Department at 433-1856.
An alert issued for 72-year-old Raymond Curtis McLean, was canceled shortly after 3 p.m.
