High-risk sex offender now in Reno STAFF REPORT Posted: 12/29/2006 A high-risk sex offender has notified police that he has moved to Reno. Edwin Rennells, 44, lives in the 1800 block of Castle Way and is employed in the 8500 block of Casillas Drive, the Regional Sex Offender Notification Unit reported. He is in compliance will all sex offender laws, is being supervised by state parole officers and is not wanted by police.
