Last Updated: Thursday, May 29, 2008 10:41 AM CDT Sex offender scheduled for release By Daily News Staff A convicted sex offender will be released to Oneida County in June. Eugene B. Frank, Jr., 46, is expected to be released from Jackson Correctional Institute early next month. In January of 2000, Frank was convicted of sexually touching a 10-year-old female multiple times. In July of 2005, he was convicted of sexually touching another 10-year-old female multiple times. He is to be placed in the intensive supervision program administered by the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. Frank is required to register as a sex offender for life and is subject to the Department of Corrections Global Positioning System (GPS).
