HARRISBURG, Pa. -- A convicted sex offender from Harrisburg will be released from prison Friday and his neighbors don't want him to return to the neighborhood.
George Feigley was convicted in 1975 of three counts of statutory rape and served the maximum sentence.
He told prosecutors he was running a sex cult in his Harrisburg home.
He tried to escape from prison twice.
His neighbors said they don't want him to return to Derry Street.
"I'm really scared for the kids because, look, all day long they just run up and down the street," said Roberta Morris.
Neighbors are planning a protest this morning near Feigley's house.
Feigley's convictions are not covered under Megan's Law so he does not have to comply with the lifetime sex offender registration.
