Grand jury indicts man being held on 1 mill bond CrowtowOhio
With our ever presence in Coshocton lately those violating are getting a much needed high bond. Mr. Thuener we wrote about this year had the pleasure of being indicted to the tune of five first degree counts of rape and one third degree felony gross sexual imposition to a child 13. The incident occurred in May of this year with witnesses present. Coshoctons prosecutor says that is what makes the case unique. Hmmm CASOO is still wondering how unique could even remotely be compared to out and out rape of a childs innocence. However we say hats off to Judge France on the bond. Judge France is from Municipalities Courts and not Common Pleas although we want him in that seat. Thank you Judge France for placing a bond that high. And thank you Judge Evans for keeping it that high. It saves our feet the walking and you the embarassment of yet another protest.
