Of course during arraignment he plead not guilty to charges that stem from early Febs arrest. Brumbaugh is awaiting his first hearing for sexual gross impos- ition of a twelve year old child. Just last week this county buried 16 year old Bethany Broeseus. Who was murdered by admitted killer John Cline. Shortly following her death is when this indictment happened. Mr. Brumbaugh is facing a third degree felony. And we hope he gets the book thrown at him during the course of sentencing. We'll post more as its happening.
