The decedent is thought to be White/Hispanic and was estimated to be between 15 and 20 years of age. He had coarse black hair that was approximately four inches in length and was wavy. The image shown at left is a composite created by a forensic artist at the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children to show what the decedent may have looked like in life.
