Im still here! LOL
In case anyone has wondered why I havent been around much lately......I started Nursing Assistant classes in March. I took my class Final on Tuesday and received a '94'. Im still considering asking to retake it so I can get a higher score :whip: I take my certification exam on May 8th so wish me luck. The facility where Im training and will work is a nursing and rehabilitation center for mostly elderly people who cant take care of themselves either temporarily or permanently. I love what Im doing and that's half the fun of it!! So, just so no one think's Ive abandoned Themis & Magic , or our fight, I just wanted to let you know. I'll be working a variety of shifts, as much as I can get so I'll be on when and as much as I can in between..........Gaia

Ok as of 2 pm on May 8th, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. And I'll tell ya........Im working my butt off! They just called and asked me to come in an hour early tomorrow (5:30 am!! :shock: ) to get a resident ready for a same day surgery appt. Being so new, I'm taking this as a vote of confidence in my abilities. They wouldnt ask if they didnt think I could do it right? Well, the next 2 weeks Ill be working all 3 shifts on varied days......including 2 10:30 pm -6:30 am shifts.........Im also trying to help Themis get our email down to a semi normal level and fighting a GI bug thats going thru the home like wildfire (lucky me!!) sooooo.........catch me while you can LOL
