Posted on Thu, Nov. 08, 2007 Infant's body found in creek BY HARRY FRANKLIN - hfranklin@ledger-enquirer.com -- Authorities are seeking the public's help in identifying the remains of an infant found in Muckalee Creek in Lee County, Ga., on Sept. 1. A prison work crew discovered the body of the infant in a trash bag on the bank under the Muckalee Creek Bridge on Georgia Highway 118 east of Smithville. The body is that of a full-term African-American female infant.
