Converse sneakers with reddish or pink lacings and trim
Tattoo of the word “HAL” on stomach
The Philadelphia Police Special Victims Unit / Long-Term Missing Persons section, and the Medical Examiner’s Office are attempting to identify the remains of a woman found in the Schuykill River on August 12th, 2004.
It is estimated that the woman’s age was about 25-35 years, and she is estimated to be approximately 5’ 5” and thin build. At the time of discovery she was wearing men’s GAP brand top and bottom thermal underwear, men’s blue jeans (size w31 L32), and ankle high Converse sneakers with red or pink laces and trim, (size 8 ).
She was also wearing a lanyard with lettering PCOM (possibly Philadelphia College Of Osteopathic Medicine) with a set of four (4) keys attached.
The woman also has the above pictured tattoos on her right outer calf and stomach.
Based on the clothing worn, the Medical Examiner’s Office estimates the subject may have been in the water since the late winter or early summer of 2004
