Unidentified White Female
Skeletal remains discovered on May 20, 1989 south of Kellogg, Wabasha County, Minnesota. Body was located in a wooden median between the north and southbound lanes of Highway 61.
The victim had been deceased for at least one year at the time of discovery.

Vital Statistics
Estimated age: Mid/late 20's
Approximate Height and Weight: Probably 5'3", but could have been anywhere from 5'1"-5'5".
Distinguishing Characteristics: She had suffered several injuries, including a severe fracture to her upper right arm and a fracture to her right hip, believed to have occurred weeks or months prior to her death. Neither of these injuries appeared to have been treated. She would have walked with a limp, due to the hip fracture and her right arm mobility would have been greatly reduced. These injuries would have been partially disabling and evident (i.e. limp and/or limited use of right arm).
Dentals: The victim had extensive dental work. X-rays available.
Clothing: The victim was wearing an off-white, beige or cream colored acrylic pullover sweater with a large flapped collar containing plastic pearl-colored buttons and a front pouch pocket, as seen below. Off-white knee high socks with dark stripes were also found.
