Police say Jennifer Jones suffers from bipolar disorder. She is described as African-American, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds, with a medium complexion, police told the Chicago Tribune. She was last seen back on Sept. 25 near 76th Street and Racine Avenue. She was last seen wearing a blue multi-color vest, blue jacket, blue jeans and white gym shoes.
