Missing homeless man sought DOWNTOWN – Cincinnati Police are asking for help finding a man who has been missing since Friday. Based on a suicide note found on the banks of the Ohio River, police believe Jerry Lee Banks is homeless and that he might have been living at the Drop Inn Center, 217 W. 12th St. Banks is a white man in his mid-50s, about 5-feet-6 and weighing about 135 pounds. The public’s help is requested in finding Banks or any of his immediate family. Anyone who knows Banks or has a possible lead on his whereabouts is asked to call the Criminal Investigation Section, 513-352-3542, or CRIMESTOPPERS at 513-352-3040.
