The Doe Network: Case File 663UMNV Reconstruction of Victim Unidentified White Male The victim was discovered April 2, 1989 in Stateline, Douglas County, Nevada Estimated Date of Death: November 1988 - April 1989 Skeletal Remains -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vital Statistics Estimated age: 24 - 34 years old Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9" - 5'11"; 150 - 160 lbs Distinguishing Characteristics: Light brown or blond hair; hazel eyes. Wore gold frame prescription glasses with thick lenses. Clothing: Blue Wrangler brand corduroy pants having a waist size of 30; California white, terry cloth, short sleeve shirt; Brute brand underwear, maroon in color, men's size 33; red wool socks and a blue down rayon jacket - unknown manufacturer; brown leather shoes with gym soles that were smooth with worn heels. Also nearby was a pair of Dakis brand gold frame prescription glasses with thick lenses (poor sight). Dentals: Available DNA: Available -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Case History The victim was located buried in several feet of snow in the wooded area west of Olympic ski run at Lake Tahoe's Heavenly Ski Resort in Stateline, Nevada. During the initial phase, continuing throughout the investigation, investigators have been unsuccessful in identifying this subject through conventional means. In September 2004, the skeletal remains were sent to the Louisiana State University (FACES) laboratory where a forensic clay facial reconstruction examination was completed.
