The Doe Network: Case File 164UMGA Reconstruction of Victim by Wesley Neville Unidentified White / Hispanic Male Located on August 4, 1997 in Atlanta, Fulton County, Georgia. Cause of death was an accidental overdose of aspirin. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vital Statistics Estimated age: 30 - 40 years old Approximate Height and Weight: 6'0" - 6'1"; 197 lbs. Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair with gray strands, approximately 5 inches long and curly, tied in a ponytail. Blue eyes. He was balding in front and had sideburns. Latin or Hispanic roots have been suggested. No scars nor tattoos. Dentals: He likely wore braces on the teeth in the past. All teeth present. Clothing: His clothing was cut off at the hospital to provide emergent treatment, witnessed by ambulance personnel -- but the hospital denies the decedent arrived with clothing. Other: The decedent's palms and the soles of his feet were dirty; he arrived at the ER with no shoes. Homeless people in the area and who stay at various shelters in downtown Atlanta said they knew the man but didn't know his name. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Case History The victim collapsed while walking on Butler Street in Atlanta GA. The unidentified victim had been seen several hours prior to his death in a hospital emergency room on the ambulance ramp of that same hospital, carrying at least two matched light blue suitcases. Security personnel made the man leave because he was acting intoxicated. An ambulance transported the man, who now had no suitcases, to the same hospital, where he died in the ER.
