The Doe Network: Case File 9UMFL Sketch of Victim Unidentified Black Male Discovered on March 3, 1979 in Lake Okeechobee, South Bay, Palm Beach County, Florida. Cause of death was drowning due to coronary. He had been in the water for approximately 2 - 4 weeks prior to discovery. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vital Statistics Estimated age: 55 - 60 years old Approximate Height and Weight: 5'7 - 5'10"; 150 - 180 lbs. Distinguishing Characteristics: Curly black hair; brown eyes. Dentals: Most of his teeth were missing. Clothing: He was wearing a long white thermal shirt with a blue shirt over it; blue pants with size 34 waist; and black Army-type hi-top shoes. He also wore a blue gatorhide simulated belt, size 40 inch. The white sailor type fishing hat the man is seen wearing in the above sketch was found in his left rear pants' pocket.
