Distinguishing Characteristics: He had black, short, tightly curled hair and brown eyes. He had a skin graph scar on the front of the left thigh; a linear scar above the left eye and multiple scars on the right lower leg. Clothing: He was found wearing a black ball cap, a plaid green and blue shirt, two pairs of pants, tan and dark blue and white crew socks. Other: He went by the nickname of Old Devil.
