Veeder, Napa County, California Cause of death was self inflicted gunshot wound to the head -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Vital Statistics Estimated age: 33 - 45 years old Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9" - 5'11" Distinguishing Characteristics: Possibly brown hair. Thin to medium build. Dentals: He had gold fillings in his teeth. No lower jaw was recovered but dental charts are available on the upper teeth. Clothing: Clothing found at the scene included Levi jeans with Burgundy pockets, a multicolored vest, a blue sweatshirt, a navy blue “Polo” brand pull over shirt (size-medium), New Balance running shoes and aviator style gold rim sunglasses. Items recovered at the scene were a Ruger Bearcat .22 cal. revolver and a hand-made heavy leather backpack, unknown manufacturer, filled with personal items. The gun was traced to the Phoenix, Arizona area. The other personal items were untraceable. AKA: Law Enforcement calls him "The MT Veeder Man" -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Case History The skeletal remains of this victim were located in a remote area in Napa County, California. He apparently died of a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
