Johnson Appeal Filed Guernsey County
Johnson's attorney filed for an appeal stating counsel during the trial, where he was found guilty of killing his child victim at age thirteen, was at best ineffective. He was sentenced for Daniel Baileys death and the ruling was death. Mr. Johnson has a lengthy criminal past. In his statement about his victim, court documents show he read a statement. It said," I remember him from his cries and last words. I care about your son like a fish cares about a rain coat,". He claimed the beating was justified. JMO :evil: But can we go back to the days of old, where they just lynch guys like this......... I know we can't do it, but boy back then they had the cure for this kinda problem..........
