Jone's ask for suppression in Federal case
As reported on this man he was in court today. And with shocking request's of the system. Earlier this year Jone's had his home searched for child pornography. And the evidence that was gained by officials Jone's attorneys' have asked that it be suppressed from trial. The court's granted the suppression. Mr. Jones face's multiple charges of child pornography in Federal Court, after officials found him to be connected with a case being investigated by other officials. Jone's is scheduled to appear in court again the beginning of January. One would think Federal Judges would have said no to suppression of evidence Mr. Jones was caught with or turned over to officials, but instead they chose to suppress. And they call that justice. Hmmmmmmmmmm it look's like they need a petition signed against that ruling, who else out there agrees?
