On April 29, 2005, Jose left to meet an acquaintance at approximately 6:00pm in the vicinity of 81st Ave. and Indian School Rd. in Glendale, AZ. His vehicle, described as a green 1997 Ford F-150, was later located on May 1, 2005 at an apartment complex in the vicinity of 83rd Ave. and Van Buren in Phoenix, AZ. Jose's remains were located on October 2, 2005 in a remote area of the Gila River Indian Reservation by a hunter in Pinal County, AZ. Cause of death is due to a gunshot wound.
