Judge rules 4th Ammendment was broken in Zanesville
Another Hillis blunder and it
was ruled on as one.
In Ohio there's been alot of
disputing about what is or is
not that of gambling.
One thing we know for sure
is that as of yesterday in
Zanesville, Ohio the court's
ruled a Business mans Fourth
Ammendment Right was violated.
And in Coshocton, Ohio Ex- Deputy
Rich Pica's court date was continued.
Pica is awaiting his day in court over
the same reason.
Neither person owning these games
feel they constitute as gambling in
Ohio.
Clearly the machine's show the person
playing what the next game board will
look or be when they deposit the coin.
And if the machines are against the law,
then why is Texas Hold Em Games not
considered against the law, selling of raffle
ticket's, any thing that has to with this area.
How can only machines be considered gambling
and not the rest of it. Come on folk's we have
the Lottery for crying out loud.
This Law seem's like the Smoking Law a bit much.
But none the less violating one's right's is what
seem's to be the thing, at least for Scott anyway's.
