Judge rules 4th Ammendment was broken in Zanesville
Judge Kelly Cottrill ruled at a hearing yesterday that a major piece of evidence is not admisable in a Drunk Driving case that took two live's June 30th. Judge Cottrill ruled the key evidence gathered at that accident were a violation to the Fourth Ammendment of Bartley, who is alledged to have caused the accident that took the live's of both cycleist in Muskingum County.
