Judge says,"Can't shut down foster facility."
A Columbus Judge ruled that the facility would remain open in the later part of last week. The facility in question for being asked to be closed by Ohio's Attorney General Mark Dann is the one that placed Marcus in the care of Liz and David Carroll. Judge Richard Shreward said,"The state failed to prove children were in harms way with evidence presented to it." This means Life Way will place more of Ohio's children in danger like they have and did with Marcus. How sad.
