The photo in the middle is an age progressed image of how Kelia may look at 13. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Laura Jean Kielland. An FBI Kidnapping warrant was issued for Laura on 4/13/00. They may be in Costa Rica. Kelia has birthmarks on her stomach. Laura has pierced ears and a distinct mark on her eye. She may wear glasses and change her hair color. She may use the alias last name Critchfield.
