Male Body found on Camp Pendelton base/CA
Forensic specialist trying to ID body found on base August 9, 2008 CAMP PENDLETON: A forensic anthropologist is looking for clues to the identity of human remains discovered at Camp Pendleton on Thursday. A Marine spokesman said yesterday that the forensic anthropologist determined that the remains were those of a white male who had been dead four or five months. Maj. Kristen Lasica said a Marine doing groundskeeping work discovered the body.
