Man Pleads No Contest Gets Four Years Newark Ohio
A man will spend four years in prison for compelling prostitution, pandering pornography of a minor, and illegal use of minor in performance. Jonathan, Blubaugh,41, changed his plea Tues- day in Licking County Common Pleas Court. Stating to the courts, " If the victims were here now, I'd tell them I'm sorry.
