Man who claimed Religious Rights violated/Sex with children
Baistos was convicted this week for his having sex with the children that were handicapped. Family members left the court room on some of his testimony in tears, of what had happened to loved ones he violated sexually. Baistos claimed his rights of Religous beliefs were being violated when first arrested for his sexual crimes. In court the Judge found that not to be the case. Biastos got life for his actions of criminal sexual behavior.
