We should support Manjit Panghali and bill C484. If a mother and her unborn child is murdered I believe the unborn child is a person too, so if a mother and her unborn child is murdered then that person who murdered them should recieve a double murder charge.

Wow Dean that is a loaded statement. While I totally agree with you it won't happen. You see too many other laws, that are already in place, would be effected including abortion laws. Talk about a can of worms. In order for a pregnant woman's unborn child to be considered a baby she must be in her third trimester and even then it depends on the weeks pregnant she is. Now i personally feel if a woman is pregnant and had no plans of having an abortion then yes the baby should be counted in a murder charge. But I don't see that happening any time soon. What state is this bill being presented in and by whom?
