Attorneys filed motions to have charges dropped against Marquis Bullcock. They said there isn't enough evidence to prove that Bullock kidnapped and killed 13-year-old Cori Baker. The State Medical Examiner's Office said we may never know exactly how Baker died. They said they don't have enough of the 13-year-old girl's remains to determine the cause of death.
